1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the FluxAim website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
FluxAim sells premium gaming mousepads and related accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete or error-free.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.
4. PRE-ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FEES
Pre-order and limited-drop products are reserved and produced for the buyer. You can cancel a pre-order without charge while the pre-order window remains open.
Once the pre-order window closes, the production order is committed with the factory. From that moment, accepted cancellations will carry a 25 EUR fee per order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FluxAim and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FluxAim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. OWNER, GOVERNING LAW, AND CONSUMERS
FluxAim is operated by Hector Caballer Martinez as store owner. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the consumer's place of residence. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts under applicable law.
