RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on limited drops, pre-orders, or made-to-demand products. These products are reserved and produced for the buyer and, once delivered or opened, cannot be sold again as new product.

This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply.

Defective items are replaced. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@fluxaim.pro with your order number and clear evidence of the issue.

• —We may request photos, an opening video, or a defect video to verify the issue.
• —If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange replacement of the affected product.
• —If replacement is not possible, we will review the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

You can cancel your pre-order without charge while the pre-order window remains open.

Once the pre-order window closes, the production order is committed with the factory. From that moment, accepted cancellations will carry a 25 EUR fee per order to cover administrative, reservation, and production-start costs, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
