Pre-order Information

Thank you for your interest in the new FluxAim Aimstars Edition. Please read the following details regarding production and shipping timelines carefully.

1. Production Process

Our products are manufactured on demand. Once the pre-order period ends, we send the production order to our factory. This process allows us to ensure maximum quality and control for every mousepad manufactured.

2. Shipping Timelines

We expect to ship orders in Q2 FINAL/Q3 FIRSTS 2026. This date is an estimate and may vary slightly because of production, quality control, or transport.

By purchasing you accept this estimated timeline. We will send you a confirmation email with your invoice at the time of purchase, and another email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Pre-order Cancellation

You can cancel your pre-order without charge while the pre-order window remains open.

Once the pre-order window closes, the production order is committed with the factory. From that moment, accepted cancellations will carry a 25 EUR fee per order to cover administrative, reservation, and production-start costs, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
