SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

FluxAim ships worldwide from Spain. Availability, final shipping cost, and the applicable carrier service are shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Depending on the destination country, taxes, duties, clearance fees, local charges, or other fees may apply outside FluxAim's control. If an address requires special handling, we may contact you before processing the shipment.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, except for pre-orders, reserved products, public holidays, force majeure, or stock incidents. For pre-orders, processing starts when the product is available for dispatch.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

After handover to the carrier, estimated transit time ranges from 5 to 12 business days depending on destination zone, carrier, customs, and local conditions.

  • Mainland Spain and European Union: usually within the lower part of the estimated range.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU European destinations: customs handling may apply.
  • Americas, Asia, Oceania, Africa, and the rest of the world: delivery may approach the upper range or take longer due to local customs.

Delivery times are transport estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on country, address, weight, dimensions, carrier, and any active promotions. Taxes, duties, clearance fees, or other destination charges may vary by country and may not always be included in the shipping price. Any free-shipping offer applies only when expressly displayed before payment.

5. TRACKING

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number or link. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after collection or parcel admission.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND RESTRICTIONS

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or destination-country controls. These amounts, if any, are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customers must ensure that the product can be legally imported into their country.

7. DELIVERY INCIDENTS

If a carrier returns a parcel due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, customs refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to review the available options. Re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer when the incident is not attributable to FluxAim.
